- In this simulation, you will meet with Kristen Andersen, an Account Executive at Icon. Kristen is a very talented Account Executive, but recently her performance has lagged. In the past few months, she has made a decreased number of sales calls and has spent less time in the office. Although she is still meeting the minimum requirements, you are concerned about her decrease in motivation. As her manager, it is your responsibility to meet with her and determine the reason for her recent lack of motivation. You should also encourage her and help her set goals and objectives that will help her regain her motivation.
