- Simulation Overview:
- In the simulation at the end of this unit, you are the Marketing Director for a software product currently in development and will meet with Mary Winford, Product Manager, and Dean Kramer, Sales Manager. The product, referred to now by its development title of OS9, is a new operating system that is different from previous Icon products and its competitors. In the course of creating the operating system, the development team has developed a software program that enables software created for other systems to be run on OS9. Mary and Dean disagree on how this software should be sold. You will need to use basic leadership skills to resolve the situation. If you are successful doing this, at the end of the simulation you will need to follow the steps to manage incoming information.
