Many executives look at the cost savings of approximately $7,020,000 a year and think the decision to close the Graytown center is obvious. However, others anticipate that the negative PR associated with the decision could end up costing the company at least that much in lost sales and lowered customer perception. The objective of your team, is to make a recommendation that is in the best interests of Icon. The goal of this meeting is to generate additional options to help ensure the team has the options available to make the best possible decision.
