- In the simulation at the end of this unit, you will meet with Greg Baldwin, the Training Manager in Icon's San Francisco Division. You are about to take the lead on an important project that could have far-reaching effects on the company. Greg has asked to meet with you to ensure that you are prepared manage the complex decisions that you and your team will have to make in the coming months. He will ask you a series of questions regarding how you plan to create scenarios and manage linked decisions. You goal is to demonstrate that you are capable of being the lead of the team.
