  • Encourage positive interactions among employees.
  • Provide opportunities for your employees to develop their skills.

  • In this simulation, you will meet with Charles Bryant, an Account Executive in your department. Six months ago, Charles was the top sales person in the department and a good team player, but he is currently having trouble with his accounts. As his new manager, you need to determine the reason for the decline in his job performance and encourage him to behave positively.
