In this simulation, you will meet with Carla Jackson, one of Icon International's Human Resources Assistants. You will discuss the truths about change, the difference between change and transition, and the transition process.
Unit 2: Responding to Change (0.5 - 1 hour)

List three common responses to the endings phase of transition.

Simulation Overview:
In this simulation, you will be meeting with Icon International's District Manager, Director of Finance, and Product Manager to discuss a competitor's recent acquisition of a company that is similar to Icon, but has a superior product line. The team will need to identify how the organization is responding to change and apply strategies to manage the endings phase of a transition.
