- Simulation Overview:
- In this simulation, you will meet with Marcus D'Angelo and Nancy Hurst, two Software Marketing Department Supervisors. You need to coach them to work more effectively with employees from other departments within their division. To do this, you will need to establish relationships with the employees, effectively communicate expectations and feedback to them, and determine what motivates them in order to build their morale.

- Simulation Overview:
- In this simulation, you will meet with Mary Winford and Roger McAlister, two supervisors in Icon's Technical Support Department. Icon's recent software release, Matrix 1.0, has received only moderate reviews and their ability to communicate successfully with clients plays a large role in the success of Matrix 1.0. As the Division Manager, you need to coach and motivate Mary and Roger according to their individual personality types.
