- Simulation Overview:
- In this simulation, you will be meeting with Roger McAlister, a Sales Manager; Jessica Stone, a Marketing Team Leader; and Ronald Spear, a Manager in the Marketing department. There has been a great deal of discussion about establishing a mentoring program in the department, and this team is meeting to determine if mentoring is a feasible idea. If everyone agrees to adopt a mentoring program, you will need to discuss the aspects of a mentor's job you'd like to see implemented. You'll also need to determine what dimension of mentoring the group would like to see as well as the styles of mentoring that should be either used or avoided.

- In this simulation, you will meet with Kent Redburn, a Quality Assurance Auditor at Icon. In his relatively short amount of time at Icon, Kent has met and exceeded the expectations of his supervisors. He has an excellent work record and has excelled at a number of different tasks. Due to his exemplary work ethic and performance record, you have chosen Kent to lead a new quality assurance taskforce. As this is a very long-term project, it is important that you begin building a mentoring and trusting relationship with Kent.
