In this simulation, you will meet with Amy Johnson, Marketing Associate, and Joshua Segal, a Web Developer, in Icon's Computer Hardware and Software Division. As the Innovation Manager for the Division, you are assembling bright and creative individuals from a variety of departments to form a brainstorming team. Its purpose is to generate ideas in a non-critical environment. You've chosen Amy and Josh to spearhead the group and have invited them to your office to coach them as leaders.

Simulation Overview:
In this simulation, you will meet with three employees from Icon's Computer Hardware and Software Division. As Vice President of Operations, you've been asked to mediate a conflict between Deb and Paul that has arisen over sharing Elizabeth as a support person. You know from past interactions with the three of them that Deb is a ''Director,'' Paul is an ''Inquisitor,'' and Elizabeth is a ''Collaborator.'' Given their personality types, you must effectively lead them through the conflict management and decision making processes.
