In this simulation, you are Icon's Chief Operating Officer. You will meet with Robin Carlson, Product Development Manager of URTH Industries, Colleen Ford, Vice President of URTH Industries and Paul White, Icon's Chief Technology Officer. URTH Industries, a computer technology company, was recently acquired by Icon. Robin and Colleen, two URTH employees, are having difficulty adjusting to the change. With Paul a a s help, it is your task to explain Icon's structure to Robin and Colleen. URTH Industries was managed by a progressive Boundaryless structure.
