Training Provided by Suffolk Training Centre LimitedLegislation surrounding the Health & Safety at Work etc Act 1974 clearly states it shall be the duty of every employer to ensure, so far as is reasonably practicable the health, safety and welfare at work of all employees . All employees, including managers and senior staff should receive health and safety training as part of their induction and as an ongoing part of Continual Professional Development (CPD). Health and safety also includes Manual Handling Operations Regulations 1992 and The Health & Safety First Aid Regulations 1981.
