WHAT is BOOT CAMP?

Boot camp is a 4 week structured fitness and conditioning program designed to maximise energy expenditure and burn fat! We have created a program that includes all components of fitness (Cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, strength, balance, stability, posture, core strength, speed and agility) into one 60 minute session, 5 days per week.

WHO is BOOT CAMP for?

Boot camp is for everyone who is looking for the highest level of personal training and education at an affordable price in a motivating group environment conducted outdoors. We are not drill sergeants, rather dedicated fitness professionals focused on you achieving fast results and being the best you can possibly be.

All exercises are time oriented, so no-one gets left behind, and we all work through each exercise as a team. Boot Camp is designed for all genders, ages, and levels of fitness (or lack of!!). Each person is challenged individually and works at their own pace.

Our program is designed to challenge participants individually, allowing everyone to give 100% without hindering the advanced, or overwhelming the beginner.

Quality Training - Boot Camp sessions are developed by certified English speaking personal trainers and coaches with years of training experience. Trainer-to-client ratio averages 1:12, still allowing individual attention/instruction when needed.

Motivation - Boot Camp Coaches are dedicated to encouraging each client to give every exercise their best effort. Workouts are different every day and new workouts are continuously being developed to keep things fresh.

Our goal is to get you in great shape.

It is CHALLENGING and you will WORK, but it is also FUN and REWARDING and we have a great community of people in our classes.

Every class is specially designed to rev up your metabolism, maximize fat loss and calorie expenditure. Average energy expenditure for women is 600-800 calories while men can expect 1000-1200 in just 60 minutes.

Where: Benjakiti Park - Queen Sirikit Park (Opposite The Lakes condominium and Soi 16 Asoke Road). The meeting point will be emailed to participants.
