This PRINCE2 training course enables delegates to gain PRINCE2 accreditation at Foundation level. The training course equips delegates with a thorough understanding of the PRINCE2 method.
The course explains how projects are initiated, approved, planned, managed and tracked to completion in order to deliver outcomes of the required quality within budget and time constraints. The course describes the responsibilities of project managers, senior managers, customers and suppliers as well as project support. Finally, the course covers how projects are closed in a controlled way and how the business benefits are realised.
Who Should Attend?
Project managers, project support and project team members who will work on a PRINCE2 project. No prior experience is necessary.
