This PRINCE2 training course enables delegates to gain PRINCE2 accreditation at Foundation level. The training course equips delegates with a thorough understanding of the PRINCE2 method.
The course explains how projects are initiated, approved, planned, managed and tracked to completion in order to deliver outcomes of the required quality within budget and time constraints. The course describes the responsibilities of project managers, senior managers, customers and suppliers as well as project support. Finally, the course covers how projects are closed in a controlled way and how the business benefits are realised.

Overview of the 8 PRINCE2 processes and how they are used throughout the lifecycle of the project:
Starting Up a Project define the project; create an outline business case; identify the customer's quality expectations
Initiating a Project identify products that the project will produce; plan the project; set up controls and files
Directing a Project authorise the project and stage plans; decide how to deal with issues and exceptions
Controlling a Stage activities performed by the project manager on a day to day basis to manage the work during a stage
Managing Product Delivery products are developed and quality reviewed; Team Manager reports progress to Project Manager
Managing Stage Boundaries create all stage and exception plans
Closing a Project controlled close of the project; formal customer sign off for deliverables; ensure outstanding issues are captured for future reference
