This PRINCE2 training course enables delegates to gain PRINCE2 accreditation at Practitioner level. The training course builds upon the PRINCE2 Foundation course by consolidating the knowledge gained at Foundation level, equipping delegates with the ability to apply the method on different kinds of projects and the ability to apply the PRINCE2 techniques in a variety of project situations.
Who Should Attend?
Project managers, project support and project team members who will work on a PRINCE2 project. A pass at PRINCE2 Foundation level is necessary.
Objectives
To consolidate the delegate's PRINCE2 Foundation knowledge
To pass the PRINCE2 Practitioner Exam
To gain an understanding of how to apply the PRINCE2 method on different projects
To gain an understanding of how to apply PRINCE2 techniques on different project scenarios
PRINCE2 Practitioner Exam
The course requires the delegate to pass a three hour examination
Exam Preparation
Group and individual exercises to practise sample exam paper questions
Review past exam papers and questions
Guidance on how to approach the exam
Duration
Two days exam on second day
