  • In this simulation, you are one of a few Icon employees who have been specifically chosen to enter a new, internal project management training program. This long-term program is intended to expose you and to a wide variety of project management subjects in the hope that you will all be qualified to lead important projects for the company in the future. In this session, you will meet with Jessica Stone, who will ask you questions about planning a project schedule, including using project management scheduling packages. She'll also discuss how to shorten a schedule and ask you questions designed to test your understanding of project management.
