  • Simulation Overview:
  • In this simulation, you will meet with three members of a team that is responsible for ensuring a software system is delivered on time to a customer and implemented correctly. The team consists of a delivery coordinator, who offices in the same building with you, and an offsite account manager and sales engineer. In the first part of the simulation, you will lead the start-up meeting and will need to take actions that can prevent conflict on the team. During the second part of the simulation, you will meet with the team several weeks later and will need to follow the six steps for developing and implementing solutions.
