  • In this simulation, you will meet for the first time with Cindy Becker, a Software Engineer; Marcus D'Angelo, a Clerk in Accounts Receivable; and Dean Kramer, a Research and Development Assistant. They are all members of a company-based project team that you are leading for the Accounts Receivable Department of Icon's Computing Hardware and Software Division in San Francisco. This team has been assembled by upper-management to assess the effectiveness of the billing software used by the Accounts Receivable Department and determine what updates and changes need to be made to it. The objective of the team is to make the software more time-efficient and user-friendly.
