- In this simulation, you will meet with Dean Kramer, the Marketing Director of Icon's Office Supply product group. Dean will discuss marketing terms, including a SWOT analysis, and how they are implemented in his product group. Throughout your conversation, Dean will ask you questions to test your understanding of the concepts discussed.

- Create a marketing mix using the four components of a marketing mix.
- Simulation Overview:
- In this simulation, you will meet with two of your employees to discuss the marketing mix for three products. Carol Chung, Icon's Marketing Communications Manager, will be in the conference room with you, while James Cahill, Icon's Senior Product Manager, will be participating in the meeting by phone. As the Marketing Director, James and Carol will provide you with background information and recommendations, but you will need to make the final decision on developing the marketing mix. You will need to consider the elements that go into a marketing mix to make choices that help Icon reach its profit goals for each product.
