In this workshop, participants will explore their strengths and weaknesses in communicating with and influencing others. They will learn not only how to identify their own Interaction Styles and those of their potential clients but also specifically how to use that information to enhance sales success.
During this workshop, participants will learn to:
Identify their own preferred interaction style and maximize communication effectiveness
Recognize the styles of others and adapt to connect at a deeper level
Learn the turnoffs for each style and how to avoid them
Read the body language of each style and adapt their own body language effectively
Use a neutral style before they ve had an opportunity to identify a potential client s Interaction Style pattern
Shift perspectives and learn to communicate in all four Interaction Styles languages
