Overview
Change or die is an evolutionary imperative for organizations today. Employees can act as facilitators, barriers, or saboteurs, depending on how they view a change. Companies can t afford to ignore the power the change targets have on the overall success of the organizational transition process. A successful outcome depends on the ability of employees to accept and rally around the new vision.
In this workshop, managers and their teams will learn a process for successfully navigating change in a structured, practical way and acquire tools for understanding individual differences in approaching change.
During this workshop, participants will learn to:
Use strategies for acknowledging, accepting, adjusting to, and anticipating change
Recognize and minimize the effects of employees change-related stress on each of the four Temperament patterns
Understand how individual differences affect the way people view and prefer to approach change
More fully engage and inspire employees of all four Temperament patterns and increase openness to change
Refine the ability to plan for and implement change more successfully
Understand how to structure communications to facilitate change
