Chicago Facilities or Onsite
Most of our clients in the Chicago area prefer our hands on Adobe classroom training classes. Our facilities are state of the art where each student sits at their own workstation, Mac or PC. Students travel from Milwaukee, Indianapolis, Iowa City and as far as Utah, Wyoming, and even Brazil for our Chicago classroom training. We also gladly travel to your facility outside the Chicago area. With either option, all our students receive the highest level of individualized attention and our classroom training is backed up by a free 6 month retake policy.
Our onsite training is held at your facility and all Adobe, Avid and Quark classes are customized to fit your needs. For example, a 3 day Dreamweaver class could be condensed into 2 days at your request. Some of the applications we offer classes in are: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe InCopy, Adobe Dreamweaver, Adobe Flash, Adobe ColdFusion, Adobe Flex, Avid and QuarkXPress.
Ascend is different because we will run classes for 2 students. Many of our competitors require 5 or more students to run a training class. Our classrooms feature each student working on a Mac or PC with a minimum of 1 Gig of RAM or more, and a 19 Digital Monitor. Our two dedicated training facilities are in the Chicago loop at 410 South Michigan Avenue. This is conveniently located a block away from 5 different L lines, and not far from Union Station and the Van Buren Metra Stop. Our Deerfield classrooms are in the northern Chicago suburbs, a convenient drive from Milwaukee, Schamburg, and other northern areas. And as always, Ascend features Starbucks Coffee, and all the pop (or Soda if you re not from Cook County) is free!
Our classroom training is also customizable. We ask that if students have specific issues, they submit their files to us the week before class so we can include it in the training. Since 1998, Ascend has been the resource companies, freelancers and not for profits turn to for their creative training.
