In this case the hospital/ Client provides us with their software and a user name and password through which we log into their server and take the audio files dictated by the doctors.
Offline Jobs
In this case the respective doctors record their dictations either through a hand held recorder or a toll-free number provided by us and store the files on Sten-Tel server from where we access the audio files. Sten-Tel Technologies is an organization based in USA, which acts as a mediator between the doctors/ clients in the US and the transcription companies in India.
