The 3-day course covers the processes, components and techniques included in the PRINCE2 Project Management Method. The course prepares delegates for the Association of Project Management Group (APMG) Foundation exam (included in the course).
The course covers all aspects of PRINCE2 (components, processes and techniques) and includes additional elements such as planning and risk assessment techniques that are left open within the method. Practical pre-examination work is included to enable delegates to pass the PRINCE2 Foundation examination.

PRINCE2 Foundation
No prior knowledge of PRINCE2 is required. Prior to the course each delegate will be sent the PRINCE2 manual, suggested pre-course work and a reading list to enable them to become familiar with the concepts of PRINCE2.
The course equips delegates with a significant amount of knowledge and an understanding of how the processes, components and techniques work together to enable the successful delivery of your project, and to enable you to pass the PRINCE2 Foundation exmaination.
On the third day there is a 1-hour, closed book, multiple choice examination, which tests your knowledge of the terminology used in PRINCE2.
