ORCHANGO is built on the recognition that action-learning i.e. learning while doing is the only way to acquire expertise in change management. Hence, with ORCHANGO, leaders learn how to master organizational change as they go.

To be most effective, the program should take place over several months, as opposed to one or two weeks straight (although this option is also available).

The program follows an action learning cycle that is repeated four times. The cycle is comprised of four stages: Learning ; Applying ; Leading and Reflecting .

The Learning sessions equip managers with timely knowledge in the form of proven tools and concepts that participants discuss and start applying in a classroom setting.

Between each session, the participants apply the learning to real-world cases that are very relevant to them - i.e. the change initiatives they have to lead. So not only do participants learn a lot, but they are making substantial progress on their company s priorities at the same time From this real-world experience, participants derive critical insights into the challenge of leading change.

The Reflection sessions allow participants to turn these insights into wisdom and expertise, as deep and significant learning occurs only as a result of reflection. These sessions represent quality opportunities for the participants to stop and step back as a group, reflect on what they have learned through their actions, and support each other in their development.
