Training Provided by MediTrain, LLC The 48 Hour Paramedic Refresher course presents the required curriculum as required by the State of Ohio Department of Public Safety and the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians. Topics covered in this course include: - Airway & Ventilation - Cardiology - Medical Emergencies - Trauma Issues - Pediatric Issues - OBGYN Issues - Geriatric Issues - EMS Operations The course also covers the required 2 hours pertaining to triage and transportation as approved by ODPS. This course does not provide certification or recertification in BLS, ACLS, PALS, or PEPP. You must register separately for these courses.
