PREREQUISITES Knowledge of the windows interface would be required. No experience of Adobe Acrobat is necessary. It offers one of the best ways of publishing and distributing documents of any kind on a corporate intranet, the World Wide Web, E-Mail or CD-ROM. You can onvert static documents to interactive ones by creating hyperlinks and bookmarks to allow navigation within a document, between documents, and the web. COURSE CONTENT Generate PDF Document Generate document from source documents using styles Source files will include Word, PowerPoint & Excel Tools Use of tools within Adobe (Link, Movie, Sound, Page Action, etc) Use bookmarks as navigation tools Use bookmarks to present magnified views or take readers instantly to related topics. Create Form Fields Create a new form from a Word document and create one from scratch within Acrobat Create form fields in the form of drop-down lists, check boxes, radio buttons Change field properties - format, validate and calculate data Add command buttons to email, print & reset forms Work With Multiple Documents Combine several documents into a single PDF file Gather Adobe PDF documents from different sources and assemble them into one compact file. Comments Add, view, and exchange comments Speed up the document review process by making comments directly on the Adobe PDF file, and then gather and summarise comments from other reviewers. Add interactivity to your PDF documents Create hyperlinks/ bookmarks within a document & to external documents/ websites Annotate your PDF files with custom stamps Create a custom stamp and use it to personalise your Adobe PDF files. Reflow the contents of Adobe PDF documents. Create a tagged Adobe PDF file that reflows to fit any viewing device.
