Microsoft word has a great deal of potential for creating complex layouts which include a mixture of words and pictures, from posters to business cards, newspaper ads. and much more in between. By the end of this course you will know how to create and use text boxes, insert position and resize graphics from different sources. You will learn to work with areas of block or graded colour and to create borders of different styles. You will also learn the skills necessary for precise positioning of objects relative to each other. For those with a need to created mixed documents for fun or for advertising this is a fascinating and totally absorbing area of study. Ideally you will have already mastered the basics of Microsoft Word before requesting this course. . Taken as one to one instruction this course can easily be modified to cater for individual needs or requirements
