In order to support VCOs to become more sustainable they have to develop a diverse fundraising portfolio. Direct mail campaigns should be a significant part of this portfolio for all VCOs.
Participants:
VCO fundraisers, managers, development workers and trustees.
Social enterprise marketers, managers, development workers and directors.

To consider the value of a unique selling proposition and learn how to develop this aspect
To support participants to consider benefits to the donor of giving to the VCO
To clarify the importance of testing a direct mail campaign
To support participants to plan the launch of the direct mail campaign
