An innovative three-day program incorporating an interactive change management simulation designed to introduce management concepts and skills critical to leading organizational transformation.
Everyone effects change or is affected by it, so this workshop benefits executives, managers, leaders and change agents wherever they reside in an organization.
Anyone leading or facing adaptive challenges who require the tools to design and implement transformation within their firm, or in turn need to respond to changes affecting themselves.
HR, OD or T&D practitioners are often expected to offer the competencies shared in this program.
This workshop applies experiential learning principles as participants join groups to share their unique war stories about change.
Participants have been forced to abandon old practices and implement new ones.
Routine is dead, so organizations must be fast.
Workplace re-designs? New customer relationships? New titles? Globalization? Acquisitions? Merger? Slowdown? Rationalization? Technology? Product evolution? All of these demand organizations to be able to alter course quickly.
The program will provide a framework of conceptual understanding and practical processes to make participants prized change experts in their firms.
How it works.
RANA:
1. Uses a combination of workshop training and multimedia computer technology to sensitize and orient the senior members of the organization to managing change.
2. Helps the senior team and the other affected work units to model the change and establish the sequence of events that needs to take place from the beginning to the end of the change.
3. Structures the Change Projects and mentors and coaches its leaders and members as they roll out the desired change to the rest of the organization. Then monitors the movement forward of the culture change and helps the organization work with areas of concern.
