- In this simulation, you will meet with Robin Carlson, one of Icon's Marketing Directors, to discuss the fundamentals of marketing plans. Robin has a number of years of experience in the industry and will ask you a series of questions to test your knowledge of a variety of marketing concepts. Those concepts will include market positioning, the difference between a business plan and a market plan, and the key elements of a marketing plan.
