This program identifies the elements of agent and principal relationships, the duties of agents and principals, and ways in which agreements between these two parties are ratified. The program also identifies fair labor laws and labor and management issues, including actions that constitute wrongful discharge and a violation of employee rights. In addition, the program covers anti-discrimination legislation and defines which actions violate these laws. The program also includes ways for employers to deal with claims of discrimination as well as methods to prevent discriminatory actions from occurring.
