  • In this simulation, you will meet with Caroline Harris and Linda Autry, of the ''Game & Train'' Product Division of Icon's Computer Hardware and Software Division. In the past, this division has hired outside consultants to evaluate its processes and make recommendations for improvements. Due to changes in upper level management, however, employees at all levels of the process of product development are being asked to participate in quality improvement efforts. Since Icon will no longer rely on independent consultants to develop process improvement initiatives, it is your job as a QA Director to train Caroline and Linda in how to establish process improvement teams.
