In this simulation, Icon International plan to introduce aspects of Value Chain Management into your department. This is a pilot project and you have been chosen specifically to implement this change. You are meeting Keith Collins to make sure you have a good understanding of how to analyze costs, analyze your competitors, and create buyer value.

In this simulation, you will meet with Kevin McDonald, Operations Manager from Icon International, to discuss issues relating to collaboration. Kevin will ask you a number of questions on the advantages and goals of collaboration and the stages involved in developing a collaborative project.
