123-CBT Computer Based Training
Training Provided by 123-CBT Computer Based Training This course, along with the Fundamentals course, maps to the Microsoft Office Specialist certification objectives for the Access 2003 Specialist exam. Assuming knowledge of the fundamentals, it teaches how to create forms and reports and how to format controls on both forms and reports. The student is also introduced to importing and exporting data to and from Access. Finally, this course teaches about backing up and compacting and repairing databases.

  • Identify options in the Page Setup dialog box for setting up a report.
  • Identify options on the Print Preview toolbar for previewing a report.
  • Identify options in the Print dialog box for printing a report.

  • Identify options for summarizing fields in a report control.
  • Identify methods of manipulating report controls.
Unit 3: Database Integration and Tools (1 hour)
  • Publish a table to Excel.
  • Identify options in the Import Spreadsheet Wizard.
  • Back up a database.
  • Compact and repair a database.
  • Identify features of object dependencies.
  • Identify options in the Documenter dialog box.
