This course, along with the Outlook 2003: Fundamentals course, addresses the fundamental and essential features of Outlook as defined by the Microsoft Office Specialist certification objectives for Outlook 2003 Specialist exam. Learners completing this series should be well prepared for the certification exam, and have a solid foundation in essential Outlook skills.

The target audience will range from new users to power users.It is expected that the vast majority of learners will have at least had some exposure to previous versions of Outlook. Fundamental PC and Windows skills are assumed.
