Training Provided by 123-CBT Computer Based Training Beginning with a general overview and an introduction to e-business, this course goes on to teach the fundamentals of Web-based application architectures, as well as some key concepts in client and server-side technologies. Making the transformation from a traditional business to an e-business becomes the focus as this course progresses. Learners will encounter lessons on building blocks required for the transformation, as well as some of the fundamentals of customer relationship management.
