- Simulation Overview: In this simulation, Icon has decided to expand its sales into markets in Asia and South America. As a result of this decision, some employees will need to travel extensively. To prepare for this increase in travel, and in light of recent international emergencies, it has been decided to develop a travel safety program. You are meeting with Robin Carlson, a Human Resources Specialist, Dean Kramer, a Health and Safety Officer, and Bryce Drew, a Human Resources Assistant to develop a travel safety program for Icon. In this meeting, you need to follow the four steps to plan a travel safety program.
