  • In this simulation, you will be meeting with Ronald Spear, Icon's Human Resources Manager. As part of your continuing professional development training, Ronald will ask you a series of questions related to your knowledge of the importance of nonverbal communication techniques. To complete the simulation, simply respond to each question by selecting the best possible answer.
