Advanced Project Leadership: Organization, Strategy and Business Needs teaches project managers how to be successful managing high profile projects in large corporations by learning how to navigate different organization types, and what role project management plays in the different organization types. Lastly, you will learn what questions to use when preparing a Project Charter that is consistent with company strategy.
