This course introduces learners to the basics of ActionScript. The course has four units. Understanding ActionScript introduces learners to the new features of ActionScript 2.0 and provides them with a broad-level framework. Working with ActionScript covers the main aspects of ActionScript namely, handling events, using the ActionScript syntax, and working with data. Working with Functions and Statements provides an overview of the types of functions and statements. Finally, Working with Movie Clips covers working with target paths and controlling movie clips.
