The C.O.A.Ch Software System is a web-based application that is developed to help organizations achieve a coaching & learning culture. It is designed specifically to help managers become more effective coaches and it provides a tool for coachees to engage in self-development.

It is a web-based coaching system that helps organizations:

The coachee:
Create and updating My Profile
Creating and updating Personal Goals
Completing and updating Self-Assessment on competencies
Conducting a 360 Assessment on competencies
Creating and updating Development plans
Recording and updating coaching Action plans
Give feedback to coach on Coaching competency and Impact
The coach:
Conducting the coaching sessions
Sign-off the action plans recorded in Session Alignment
Give feedback to coachee on Areas of opportunities
Your system administrator:
Approving (or rejecting) new user registrations
Maintaining status of system users
Maintaining and updating competencies (if customized)
Conducting climate surveys (if required)
How user friendly is the system?
We know of users who are able to use the system on the spot without training because it is simple and has a logical flow.
How much is the investment on the system
The system is very affordable and we have companies ranging from small to large organizations using it. It is subscribed on a user license basis.
Can we customize the competencies?
You may customize the competencies (D.I.Y) to fit your organizational needs.
Your own system administrator will manage the system
You can decide who you want to put on the system to develop their competencies for performance or succession planning purpose.
What additional hardware do we need?
There is no additional hardware or installation required. This system is web-based. You just need internet connection. We will provide to your system administrator a Login ID and password and he/she will manage the system from your side approving users into the system.
