To provide an introduction to the basic concepts, tools and techniques to enable effective project management.

This workshop is for anyone who needs to manage a project including team leaders, middle managers and those new to project management.

The role and responsibilities of a project manager
The attributes of a good project manager
Life cycle of a project form idea to implementation including stakeholder analysis and risk assessment
Tools and techniques for project planning and monitoring including Work Breakdown Structures, PERT Analysis, Critical Path Analysis and Resource Scheduling.
