ASSERTIVENESS
Course Aim
This course aims to give you more confidence when dealing with difficult situations. By understanding different behaviours and how they impact on relationships in the work place, you will appreciate how assertiveness can help to maintain a balanced and harmonious environment.

Target Audience
For all Administrative Staff, Team Leaders and Personal Assistants who may have to deal with demanding people or situations. Equally useful for anyone who finds it hard to make or refuse requests, put their opinions across to others, or deals with aggressive people.
