Fundamental to the success of any organisation is having the right people in the right place, at the right time, and an essential part of this process is recruiting. However, recruiting is costly in terms of time and resources, and it is therefore essential that the right candidate is appointed first time.

Who would benefit from attending this course?
Anyone who is new to recruitment or who wishes to update their recruitment skills. The course is interactive and delegates will take part in interview role play.

Through a variety of training methods and practical exercises course delegates will be able to:
Understand the recruitment process.
Appreciate the impact of making a wrong decision.
Plan and conduct interviews.
Understand and prepare Job Descriptions and Person Specifications.
Avoid many of the pitfalls in short listing.
Understand how to assess candidates.

Different types of interview.
Conducting and controlling an interview.
Employment legislation.
Record keeping Panel interviewing.
FEES & RATES
Delegate Rate = 175 per person per day
Company Day Rate = 650 per day (up to 12 delegates)
