This proposal is designed to train delegates to be effective communicators. This programme is designed and tailored to meet the organisation s objective, which is to ensure information is passed in a constructive manner, enabling two-way communication. The emphasis will be placed on clear communication and structure, with use of props/materials to aid impact.

COMMUNICATION SKILLS
Who would benefit from attending this course
This course is designed to improve the skills of anyone who is involved in the exchange of information in organisations. Also for businesses for whom it is vital that information is passed accurately and in a constructive manner.
Course Objectives
On completion of this programme, attendees will
Communicate more effectively by using different methods
Understand what goes wrong by not communicating effectively
Use clear, simple language, and avoid jargon and slang
Put information across to the audience, using applicable visual aids.
Handle a question and answer session confidently.
The delegates will be asked to prepare a team brief prior to them attending the course. This will enable a constructive review of their performance through video playback and help the group identify what message will come across effectively. The delegates will have a second opportunity to re do their session and present it following the new guidelines. The other sessions will include the use of group exercises, brainstorming and individual exercises.

The candidate will return to the workplace as a confident communicator at all levels.
