Some database programs have limited reporting tools, or the user may not have sufficient programming or SQL knowledge to create some reports. This course is intended to introduce the use of Crystal reports to produce reports from almost any database data (for example, Microsoft Access).
This course is classroom style instruction: Instructor-led, hands-on training.

Basic Windows knowledge and an understanding of database concepts.
