DiSC Virtual Certification for Trainers, Coaches, & Consultants Virtual DiSC Certification Participants Will Receive

• Five one-on-one 60-minute phone coaching sessions with a DiSC Master Trainer who has attended Inscape Publishing's DiSC Certification
• Flexibility with your schedule. Coaching sessions are scheduled at times that work best for you.
• Free one-hour product coaching session after you complete your Virtual DiSC Certification (valued at $150) to help you select the best DiSC reports and tools for your needs

Steps to Completing Your Virtual DiSC Certification:

• Conduct your first DiSC call (1 of 5 one-hour phone coaching discussions) with your Master Trainer to discuss the objectives for your upcoming DiSC training program. At this time you will also schedule your four additional DiSC training calls.
• Complete the DiSC Classic Profile Online 2. 0 and print the results on your printer (color or black). View a DiSC Classic Profile Online sample.
• Conduct a phone discussion (2nd of 5) with your Master Trainer (60-90 minutes to discuss DiSC concepts).
• Read your personalized 15-page General Characteristics Report from EPIC and prepare a list of potential applications. (Click here to view a sample report.)
• Complete a DiSC Paper Action Planner (Management, Sales, or Customer Service). You will complete the Action Planner on your perception of another person s behavior and then complete a Communication Plan to increase successful communication with that person.
• Conduct a phone discussion (3rd of 5) with your Master Trainer to discuss the EPIC, DiSC PPSS (DiSC Personal Profile System Software) and DiSC Action Planner and to discuss applications.
• Administer and interpret a Paper DiSC Classic Profile to one other person.
• Review your Everything DiSC Facilitation System and design a preliminary outline for your upcoming DiSC training session.
• Conduct a phone discussion (4th of 5) with your Master Trainer to accomplish the following:
  • Discuss your experience with administering the DiSC Classic Profile
  • Assist you with your DiSC training plan (outline, exercises, and activities)
  • Design a reinforcement program to keep the DiSC concepts alive in your organization
• Conduct your DiSC training session.
• Make a follow-up call (5th of 5) to your Master Trainer to discuss your DiSC training experience and to further refine the seminar.
• Complete an evaluation of the DiSC Certification. (You will receive a certificate upon completion.)
• You will receive an access code for the Reinforcing Your Understanding of Behavioral Styles Online Course to take after the training session as reinforcement of the DiSC model.
