The Team Dimensions Profile Virtual Train-the-Trainer empowers trainers and consultants to learn to administer the Team Dimensions Profile and then utilize it to meet their personal and organizational objectives.
The Virtual Team Dimensions Profile Train-the-Trainer combines independent study, personalized individual telephone coaching, & a variety of training materials. The Virtual Train-the-Trainer may be completed in as few as 3 days or over up to 3 weeks.

The Team Dimensions Profile provides team members with self awareness about how they tend to think and behave when working with a group. Participants learn to value their own contributions and the contributions of others. The Team Dimensions Profile provides a process to follow to turn ideas into action plans.
Discover the Right Roles for the Right People
The Team Dimension Profile identifies four key roles in team performance:
- Creator: Generates original concepts, goes beyond the obvious, and sees the big picture. Hands off tasks to an Advancer.
- Advancer: Recognizes new opportunities, develops ways to promote ideas, and moves toward implementation. Hands off tasks to a Refiner.
- Refiner: Challenges and analyzes ideas to detect potential problems and may hand plans back to an Advancer or Creator before handing off tasks to an Executor.
- Executor: Lays the groundwork for implementation, manages the details, and moves the process to completion.
- Conduct your first conference call with your Master Trainer to discuss the objectives for your upcoming training program. At this time you will also schedule your three additional conference calls.
- Complete the Team Dimensions Profile Online 2.0 Version and print the results on your printer (color or black & white).
- Review the Team Dimensions Profile Facilitator Kit to prepare for your next phone discussion.
- Discuss the Team Dimensions Model, Innovation Approaches, Innovation Roles, and Janssen s Change Model with your Master Trainer.
- Administer and interpret a Team Dimensions Profile (Paper Version) to one person. Review the Facilitator Kit to understand the Innovation P.E.P. Cycle and the Z Process.
- Conduct a phone discussion with your Master Trainer to discuss the Innovation P.E.P. Cycle and Z Process and applications.
- Review the Team Dimension Facilitator Kit and Power Point CD-ROM and design a preliminary outline for your upcoming training session.
- Discuss your training session with your Master Trainer, including exercises and reinforcement ideas to keep the concepts alive in your organization.
