Certificate Program Provided by California Peer Support Association Difficult Debriefings and Death Notifications Instructor: Maxine Lynch Target Audience: Police and Fire Peer Support Personnel and Supervisors. This is a 4 hour class that gives the peer supporter hands-on practice conducting defusings and debriefings. Role play scenarios are realistic. Participants will increase their knowledge, skill level, and confidence in their abilities. Participants should have completed the group intervention class prior to this class.
