- P asked: I am working with a renowned organization as a "Team member HR" where I am finding a critical situation. We have a team of "Team members" reporting to a LADY "Team Leader."Lady is sound in job knowledge as well as highly energetic having tremendous potential. But the problem is that my collegues dont respect her as a boss & intentionally avoid her work orders or slow down the speed of work. They have made their team & on every order they debate with her. She tries to use her power of authority..they provoke to other people in plant they are in good books of. Their ego gets hurt as one of the team members among was reporting to Plant head previously but now his reporting is made to LADY. Lady is short tempered and looses her control while debating with & ordering to them. Many of other bosses are against her & spread roumors around in her case & trying to spoil her image. Lady is in good books of Plant head only & few of the people in plant. As a result we are not able to deliver desired results. How can I tackle with situation in order to prepare a good team????
